Please be advised that, in accordance with our office policy, the following actions are strictly prohibited:
1. No Photography or Videography - Visitors are not allowed to take photos or videos of our office environment or our colleagues.
2. Restricted Access and Interaction - Visitors are permitted entry to SeeWe premises solely for the purpose of attending a meeting or consultation arranged by the 'Client.' Any inquiries or discussions should be directed to the management team rather than other colleagues, to avoid disruption during office hours.
3. Confidentiality Obligation - Visitors are prohibited from disclosing any confidential information observed during their visit to any third party. This includes, but is not limited to, our clients' business information, tasks assigned to our employees, and the identities of brands or companies our employees collaborate with.
4. Use of SeeWe Premises - SeeWe provides its office address and meeting rooms solely for the 'Client' to meet with visitors (third parties). The visitor acknowledges and agrees that SeeWe's operation address does not represent the 'Client's' company, nor does it serve as the 'Client's' mailing or business address.
